These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and MYFXrefund regarding your use of the website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our General Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You may use the Services only where such use is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your own local compliance obligations.

MYFXrefund provides operational tools for rebate tracking, claim lifecycle management, and payout handling. We are not your broker, exchange, custodian, bank, or investment adviser.

Nothing in the Services is investment, financial, tax, accounting, legal, or trading advice.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including broker account details, payout details, and contact information.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials, device security, and mailbox access.

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Do not share login credentials or verification codes.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Submitting a claim request does not itself create payment entitlement. Claims may require manual verification and additional checks.

Where applicable, cycle windows begin only after verification and run according to platform logic and broker-side confirmation data.

Displayed claim states, projected values, and workflow timestamps are operational indicators and not guaranteed payment commitments.

Any amount shown in your account may reflect broker-confirmed rebates, retroactive allocations, manual adjustments, promotional credits, or other internal allocations permitted by platform rules.

We may correct clerical, computational, duplicate, fraudulent, or system-related errors at any time, including by adjusting balances and transaction records.

Payout methods, minimum thresholds, limits, review flows, and processing states are determined by the platform configuration in effect at the time of request.

Payout processing may be delayed, retried, queued, paused, or moved to manual review for security, compliance, liquidity, technical, provider, or network reasons.

For crypto payouts, you are solely responsible for providing a valid network and destination address. Transfers are generally irreversible once broadcast.

• Incorrect wallet/network details may cause permanent loss.
• Blockchain confirmation time is outside our control.
• Network/provider fees may apply even when no platform fee is charged.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.

We may conduct risk, fraud, sanctions, and abuse checks and may request additional verification where reasonably necessary.

• No impersonation, false submissions, or manipulated claim evidence.
• No multi-account abuse, referral abuse, or exploit attempts.
• No use in violation of sanctions, AML, CTF, or anti-fraud laws.

We may suspend, restrict, place holds on, or terminate access to all or part of the Services where we reasonably suspect risk, abuse, legal exposure, or Terms violations.

Where legally permitted, we may take protective action immediately and provide notice afterward.

The Services may integrate with or reference third-party brokers, exchanges, payment providers, blockchains, and external websites.

We do not control third-party systems and do not guarantee their uptime, solvency, legality, performance, security, or accuracy.

The Services, including software, text, graphics, trademarks, and design elements, are owned by MYFXrefund or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws.

Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit platform content.

You consent to receive electronic communications from us, including operational notices, security alerts, and legal updates, via email, in-product messages, or dashboard notifications.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details current.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYFXrefund is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts actually and finally credited to your account by us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYFXrefund, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, liabilities, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for operational, legal, compliance, or business reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by the governing law and jurisdiction stated in your account/legal onboarding documents, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

If no separate signed governing-law schedule applies, disputes will be handled in a competent court with jurisdiction over MYFXrefund's principal place of business, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.
